Private Appraisals in Allegheny County

I'm Jon Nordquist, owner of Nordquist Appraisal LLC. I prepare private appraisals of single-family homes and townhouse-style condos for homeowners, executors, attorneys and families. I do not appraise for lenders, so every report is written for your purpose.
